HENEGAR, AL (WAFF) - A three-vehicle wreck in DeKalb County involved a school bus and a DUI charge for the driver of one of the vehicles.

The wreck happened at 7:15 a.m. in Henagar on Highway 40 at the intersection with Longview Drive

Police said the truck rear-ended the car and the car bumped into the school bus.

None of the children on the bus were injured and the bus continued on its route.

The woman in the car was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

The man driving the truck was not hurt, but he was arrested for a DUI.

Pedro Pascual of Henagar, 28-years-old, is now in the city jail. Chief Randall Smith said Pascual will spend 24 hours in jail before being allowed to post a $1,000 bond.
