MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

State agricultural officers recovered nearly $500,000 worth of stolen farm equipment and two Marshall County men are now in custody.

Eleven pieces of farm equipment were recovered in Marshall County after they were stolen from six different states.

The state's agricultural and rural crime unit recovered the tractors and other related farm equipment and are now attempting to get the items back to the owners. The items are being held in Boaz until they are claimed.

Jody Morgan and Steven Ray Parker, both of Albertville, have been charged with receiving stolen property in Etowah County.

Authorities say they face additional charges in Marshall County.
