RUSSELLVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Several women accused a man of taking photos up their skirts or dresses at the Russellville Walmart store. Police think there may be more victims.

Police received several reports of a man using his cell phone to take photos of women under their skirts or dresses in Wal Mart in Russellville.

The one of the victims gave police a description which lead them to 41-year-old Javier Salgado.

The victim said she was in the store when she felt something brush against her leg. When she turned around to look, she said there was a man with his camera phone between her legs trying to take a photo up her dress.

Salgado had five alias warrants out for his arrest for traffic-related incidents, according to investigators.

He now faces additional charges including criminal surveillance and harassment.

More charges are pending, said authorities. Police believe there are other victims out there and are asking them to come forward.

If you feel you may have been a victim or have more information to assist investigators, you are asked to call the Russellville Police Department.
