Company's Collaboration with Autodesk Receives Global Business Travel Association ICARUS Sustainability Award
NAPLES, Fla., Aug. 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hertz Corporation (NYSE:HTZ), the world's largest general use car rental brand, recently earned top honors from The GBTA Foundation, the education and research arm of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), and Project ICARUS in their 2nd Annual Sustainability Outstanding Achievement Awards. Hertz and Autodesk jointly received the award for their collaborative efforts to increase hybrid and fuel-efficient rental car use among business travelers.
