DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

Maybe the third time’s the charm for a ULA Launch at Cape Canaveral. Officials scrubbed the launch Thursday because of the weather and Wednesday because of an equipment issue.

The Decatur-made Delta IV Rocket will take military surveillance satellites into space, whenever it gets off the ground.

Friday's launch is set for 5:55 p.m. There is a 40 percent chance for favorable weather on Friday night. You can watch live coverage of the launch on the ULA website. Coverage begins at 5:35 p.m.
