Stephen Garcia answers all burning questions on Reddit

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -

A week after coming out of the woodwork following his final suspension from the Gamecocks back in 2010, former South Carolina quarterback Stephen Garcia took to Reddit to answer questions from college football fans.

Reddit users refer to these Q&A sessions as "AMA," which is short for "ask me anything."

And yes, users really did ask him just about anything. From his favorite bars in Columbia to his favorite moment as a Gamecock, no stone was left unturned.

Oh, and his favorite bar is Village Idiot for those left hanging.

"Or my house parties. Both were pretty damn legit," said Garcia.

Reddit users mostly asked about Garcia's well-documented bad boy behavior that put him on coach Steve Spurrier's bad side more often than not. But still, Garcia was very gracious about the Head Ball Coach.

"I have way too many positive memories of coach, as odd as that sounds," said Garcia.

What Garcia said largely jives with what he said last week at SEC Media Days when he and Spurrier met face-to-face for the first time in several years.

"Their family is awesome. They've always been great. Obviously, we had some bumps in the road and I wish I wasn't so damn hard-headed," said Garcia. "You know, you live and you learn. I've got nothing but good things to say about coach Spurrier."

However, when asked his opinions about former Athletics Director Eric Hyman, Garcia demurred.

"I PLEAD THE 5TH," said Garcia in full caps.

Garcia now works for SEC blog Saturday Down South. The ex-QB also finally revealed what exactly he'll be doing with the blog, saying he'll be producing segments on gambling featuring a man he refers to as "Cousin Ty."
