MUSCLE SHOALS, AL (WAFF) -

A Colbert County grand jury indicted a woman on one count of first-degree theft and 20 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Deborah Mansell is the former secretary of Highland Park Baptist Church in Muscle Shoals.

Investigators said Mansell made over 2,200 transactions on the church's credit card between July 2011 and April 2014, totaling approximately $129,000.

Officials said the church was conducting an audit and noticed discrepancies, and turned the case over to the police department.

Mansell is out on $25,000 bond. An arraignment date has not been set.
