HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Why would an innocent young lady, who had just graduated from high school, be gunned down in a crowd of people by a stray bullet? That's a tough question to answer. Who pulled the trigger that killed Ashia Oliver?

Cell phone video captured a fight at the Wavaho Gas Station on Meridian Street in Huntsville in the early morning hours of June 18. Surveillance video was also turned in to police, depicting people jumping inside the Sunoco Gas Station on Pulaski Pike a short time later when shots rang out, possibly involving the same group of people there.

Three people were shot, including 18-year-old Ashia Oliver, who had just graduated from Lee High School. She died after being shot in the head. Reportedly, she was just an innocent bystander. Police are still looking for the shooter.

According to investigators, there have been several names tossed around on social media. They're also hoping to get their hands on more cell phone video."
