FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) - Florence police arrested a Georgia man and woman on Wednesday in connection to an electronics fraud scheme.

Police arrested Tiffany Regina Daniel, 27, of Ellenwood, GA and Graham Christopher Shell, 26, of Winston, GA on various charges related to a scheme to use false identification to acquire cell phones and electronics from local retailers.

The charges came after reports were made to police that the two entered T-Mobile in Florence and used false identification to get electronics and enter into contracts totaling over $3,000.

After they left Florence, they went to Muscle Shoals where they were detained by Muscle Shoals police.

It is believed that the duo left the Atlanta, GA area and went through North Alabama before being arrested Tuesday night.

Daniel was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument, four counts of forgery and first degree theft of property. Shell was charged with first degree theft of property for his part in the scheme.

Additional charges are likely in other jurisdictions as a result of this case. Both are being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center.
