The Institute for Professional Care Education rolled out a new Medifecta.com website for their Medifecta brand of training DVDs and materials for care professionals and family caregivers.
Clackamas, OR (PRWEB) July 15, 2014
The Institute for Professional Care Education (IPCed) announced the new Medifecta.com site last week. This new site is an easy to use resource for care professionals and family caregivers to find and purchase the necessary training to meet state requirements or build basic caregiving skills.
The biggest benefit to this new site it the robust set of state compliance packages designed specifically to meet caregiver training requirements throughout the U.S. Medifecta.com has taken the confusion and guesswork out of knowing which topics are needed to meet state requirements. Customers can now easily determine their state specific requirements and the Medifecta packages that meet the requirement. Companies with several types of care professionals (e.g. Home Care Aides, CNAs, Home Health Aides, etc.) will also be able to easily determine the state requirements for each type of employee.
Many organizations, including governmental agencies, use the training material to support family caregivers in their role as primary caregivers for loved ones.
Medifecta DVDs can be used to meet compliance as well as continuing education depending on the state requirements. Topics covered by Medifecta cover a variety of topics from HIPPA to ethical and legal behavior, and infection control to assisting with medications. Every DVD comes complete with support material such as an instructor guide and test and is good for one credit hour of education.
Since 1995, Medifecta Healthcare Training has become known as a leading provider of caregiver training programs and quality educational resources. In 2012 Medifecta Healthcare Training joined with aQuire Training Solutions to form the Institute for Professional Care Education, LLC (IPCed). Today, IPCed is one of the fastest growing caregiver training companies in the country and offers the broadest range of options available today for training and support for both professional and family caregivers through online, print and video formats.
