CROSSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A Crossville police officer is back on the job after domestic violence charges against him were dropped.

A DeKalb County judge dismissed the case against Jason Wade Johnson when the victim didn't show up for trial.

Johnson turned himself in last December after his wife filed charges against him. He filed for divorce days later.
