MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - The arraignment hearing for a Marshall County man charged with capital murder is being held on Monday.

Jamichael Kinchen is one of four people accused in the shooting death of Willie Harris Coleman, Jr.

Coleman's body was found in a home on Valley View Drive in Albertville in January 2014. Testimony's in a previous trial showed that Coleman had been shot in the face with a shotgun. Coleman had been lured to the scene of the murder via text message. His murder was planned.

In April 2014, it was revealed that robbery was the motive in Coleman's death.

In a previous trial, a judge found probable cause to send the case to the grand jury.

Testimonies revealed the four accused thought they were going to find drugs and $100,000 cash. Instead, they allegedly took two television sets and a handgun off the victim.
