DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

State Troopers said all eight people involved in a two-car wreck in Decatur are recovering from their injuries.

Rescue crews were called to Highway 24 near the Phillips 66 gas station around 7 p.m. Saturday evening. Witnesses said an employee of the gas station was leaving in her sport-utility vehicle when it was hit by a truck.

The driver of the SUV and seven people in the truck, ranging in age from 1 to 34, were all taken to local hospitals, but all are expected to be okay.
