NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

The Tennessee Lottery player who won the $259.8 million Powerball jackpot in June has come forward to claim the prize.

The winner, 58-year-old Roy Cockrum, bought the ticket in Knoxville.

Cockrum's ticket matched all six Powerball numbers on June 11.

After taxes, the take-home prize is $115,147,525.50, which is the largest prize in TN Lottery history.

Cockrum was living in a religious community in Massachusetts before he returned to Knoxville a few years ago to help his aging parents.

He says he'll be putting the money in a pension fund and donating to religious and arts organizations.

This has been a lucky year for Tennesseans in terms of lottery winnings. A Bellevue mother and son won the $61 million Mega Millions jackpot Jan. 3.
