Marshall County grand jury indicts Guntersville man on rape charge

GUNTERSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A Marshall County grand jury indicted a Guntersville man on a strong arm rape charge.

James Cobb is being held in the Marshall County jail on 50 thousand dollars bond. 

According to court documents, the incident happened in mid-February. Prosecutors said the victim is a 36 year old woman. 

Cobb's next court date has not been set.
