LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

The deadline to have storm debris removed from yards in Limestone County is fast approaching.

Limestone County officials will make a final pass through the county Monday. Any trash or objects left behind by the April 28 tornadoes can be left near roadways to be collected.

Inside the Athens city limits, residents have until Friday to pile up debris for removal by the city. The debris must be separated into piles on the back side of ditches.

Debris must not be piled near mailboxes or fire hydrants.
