SHELBY COUNTY, TN -

(WMC) – Judge Tarik Sugarmon will address concerns about the social media contest he is using to push his juvenile court campaign in a news conference.

Sugarmon is asking people to upload selfies with him or his campaign signs. The selfie with the most likes will win a cash prize in July.

There are concerns about whether this contest is legal.

The Shelby County District Attorney's office says it is not investigating the contest as a criminal matter.
