The McDonald's on Highway 72 East in Huntsville scored an 82 with the Madison County Health Department.

The inspector reported raw eggs were 55 degrees, 14 degrees above the temperature required to prevent bacterial growth in cold holding food. The inspector also reported that the ice machine and the soda nozzles were not clean.

The In & Out Mini Mart in Madison remains on the Limestone County Health Department's reinspection list after scoring an 80. They had a 72 during their previous inspection.

This time, the health inspector reported that the septic system was failing. In & Out also lost points because an outside hood was dripping grease onto the ground, and because ham and cheese were held nearly ten degrees too warm.

It takes a score of 85 to get off of the health department's reinspection schedule. The Pine Grove Texaco in Madison did just that after scoring 79 and 82 during their previous two inspections.

The Hardee's on Madison Boulevard in Madison scored 89 during their reinspection, seven points better than last time.

The Jo Mo One Stop Texaco in Tanner scored 93 during their reinspection, a thirteen point improvement.
