3 arrested for shooting into Madison home

MADISON, AL (WAFF) -

Police arrested three people in connection with a shooting that happened Thursday in Madison.

Police responded just before midnight to a residence on the 3000 block of Flag Circle. Officers said that several shots had been fired and damaged two homes and a vehicle. No injuries were reported in the shooting.

Police arrested James Dangerfield, 22, and Dedrick Hackler, 24, both of Madison. They were charged with two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and a vehicle. Authorities also found marijuana during a search. Both were additionally charged with first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dangerfield and Hackler were booked into the Madison County Jail. Their bond was set at $15,300.

Police said a 16-year-old juvenile was also arrested in connection with the shooting.
