HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Jail records show no bond for a man accused of killing two brothers in a West Huntsville church.

Investigators said Richard Burgin Jr. killed Louis Anthony Jackson and Terry Bradford Jackson. Police found their bodies in the West Huntsville Methodist Church on 9th Avenue in 2013.

According to court records, Burgin pleaded guilty to robbery in Tuscaloosa in 1997. Huntsville Police also arrested him in 2013 for robbery, but the grand jury did not return an indictment in that case.

Burgin now faces a capital murder charge.
