MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

To be a Kitchen Cops High Performer, a restaurant has to score a perfect 100. The workers at the Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Decatur did just that during their recent inspection.

Five Guys General Manager Shane Bousheri tells us high health inspection scores are expected here. He says it's about pride and hard work, that the company stresses safe food just as much as tasty food.

"First and foremost with Five Guys, they have real high standards as far as food safety, quality, cleanliness. We put a lot of hard work in training the employees. Daily checklists that we do three times a day," Bousheri said.

Taqueria Victoria's in Madison remains on the Limestone County Health Department's reinspection schedule after scoring an 81 . They scored a 66 during on their previous visit from the inspector. Once a establishment scores an 84 or lower, it takes an 85 or higher to get off of the reinspection schedule. The health inspector reported finding food without date stickers to indicate when it was prepared and when it would expire. They also reported an improper drink was in an improper area.

Workers at Craig's Cafe and Gator Grill in Sheffield earned their way off of the Colbert County Health Department's reinspection schedule. They scored a 78 before, but scored a 93 during their reinspection.

Casa Mexicana in Muscle Shoals did the same, scoring an 89. That's nine points better than last time
