Matt Massey held a large lead over his two opponents Tuesday night. Matt Massey held a large lead over his two opponents Tuesday night.
HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

The contest for Madison County Schools Superintendent has Matt Massey leading with 50 percent of the votes.

Massey ran against Ronnie Blair, and incumbent Dr. David Copeland, who with 93% of precincts reporting Tuesday night, had the fewest votes.

Chad LaQua dropped out of the race during our online debate due to a "personal and professional conflict of interest." He threw his support to Massey.
