HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle will hold a press conference on Tuesday to discuss next week's Cyber Security Summit.

Cyber Huntsville President Rodney Robertson and ISSA North Alabama President Ben McGee will also be there.

Huntsville, referred to as the "New Federal City" by Government Executive Magazine, is on the cutting edge of cyber defense. With so many defense contractors in the Rocket City, Huntsville also has an invested interest in the future of cyber security.

This will be the 6th Cyber Security Summit in Huntsville, with this year's theme being "Effective Governance through Risk Management." Tuesday's press conference will be at 2 p.m. on the steps of the VBC's South Hall.

The Cyber Security Summit will be on June 4-5. You can find more information by clicking on this link, http://alabamacybersummit.org/.
