DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

Two people face robbery charges after police said they were caught stealing in a Walmart in Decatur.

Police said a loss prevention officer caught Krystal Mcanelly of Cullman trying to leave with merchandise she didn't pay for.

A struggle ensued, and police said Mcanelly's boyfriend, Danny Kelso, jumped in, attacking the loss prevention officer. Police said Mcanelly sprayed mace into the loss prevention officer's face, blinding him.

Officers arrested Mcanelly and Kelso. They were both charged with 2nd degree robbery and transferred to Morgan County Jail on $5,000 bonds each.
