JACKSON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

A Jackson County man is indicted in a 2013 shooting.

Travis Townsend is facing first degree assault, and shooting into an occupied vehicle charges on Friday.

Townsend turned himself in after the incident in August 2013. Deputies spent half a day searching for him. Townsend is accused of shooting a man during an argument.
