Investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fire that killed a man Sunday morning. Investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fire that killed a man Sunday morning.
ETOWAH COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

An Etowah County man was killed Sunday morning in a house fire.

The fire started shortly after 9 a.m. in the Coats Bend community near Gadsden, on Speedy Lane.

The victim's body was sent to a state forensics laboratory for an autopsy.

Investigators are still working to determine a cause of the fire. The name of the victim has not been released.
