Several new businesses will soon be joining a new Walmart at Reynolds Crossing in Henrico.

Starbucks, Chipotle, Jersey Mike's, Hair Cuttery, Ntelos Wireless, Lee Nails and Salad Works have already signed on to open shop in a new 19,000 square foot building at the Shoppes at Reynolds Crossing near the intersection of Glenside and Forest avenues, according to CBRE|Richmond.

"This project is extremely well positioned in the market," said David Crawford, Assistant Vice President of CBRE|Richmond. "You have tremendous demand from a dense office population, great traffic counts and access via established infrastructure combined with a need for more food and retail services."

The retail building is 70 percent leased. The stores will open in the first quarter of next year, near a new Walmart opening on Wednesday.

Another nearby two-story office building along West Broad Street is under construction and will be home to Sheltering Arms and First Tennessee Bank.
