Nashville man accused of downloading child pornography

Posted: Updated:

A Nashville man who is accused of downloading child pornography has been booked into the Metro jail.

Police say they used an IP address to track down where the suspect lives. They talked to building management and the suspect's girlfriend to make sure the email addresses used to access the child porn accounts belonged to Dennick Ochoa.

Police say Ochoa used the same email addresses to conduct regular business.

After a search of Ochoa's apartment, police say they found more than 1,400 images of young girls downloaded on Ochoa's iPad.

Investigators say he accessed a child porn website hundreds of times since fall 2013.

Ochoa was arrested on Thursday and is being held on $85,000 bond.
