Support continues to pour in for family involved in fatal wreck

Good Tuesday evening,. Here's a look at just a few of the stories we're working on for our 10 o'clock newscast here in the WAFF 48 newsroom.

We're continuing to follow the horrific crash that took the life of a 5-year old boy and left some of his siblings fighting for their lives. WAFF 48's Sarah Navoy will have more on the Brown family and the outpouring of support they're receiving from the community.

We're also digging into the opening of a new storm shelter on the campus of James Clemens High School in Madison. It holds up to 2,000 people. And after our recent tornado outbreak here in the Valley, this could be a real life-saver. WAFF 48's Vincent Crivelli will have more on that shelter and how it will be used by the school and the community.

And we're also continuing to follow the story of former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's upcoming visit to the Valley. Palin will be the commencement speaker at the graduation ceremonies at New Hope High School. We'll explain how this seemingly random event came to be.

We hope you'll join us for these stories and more tonight at 10.
