How to apply for assistance in Limestone Co.

LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Limestone County received a federal disaster declaration as a result of the April 28 tornadoes.

Federal assistance can include grants for temporary housing and home repairs, low-cost loans for uninsured property loss and other programs to benefit individuals and businesses in recovering from the disaster.

If you are interested in applying for assistance, you have several methods available to you:

Toll-free numbers will operate from 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. seven days a week until further notice.
