AL 10 in Pike Co. reopens following log truck crash

PIKE CO., AL (WSFA) -

Alabama State Troopers say Alabama Highway 10 in Pike County has reopened following the crash and overturning of a log truck Thursday.

The log truck crashed and spilled its load near the 185 mile marker. The hauler ended up in a pond.

Minor injuries were reported.

Crews removed the debris from the roadway and authorities reopened the highway to traffic around 3:30 p.m.

The cause of the crash is not known.
