DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Authorities arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with a burglary at a home in Sylvania and a stolen money terminal at Henagar car wash.

Investigators said extensive damage and a missing money terminal were reported at the Wonder Wash on Alabama Highway 40 Friday night. Deputies found the terminal, which was valued at $10,000, in a remote part of Henagar Saturday morning.

According to authorities, the investigation into the Wonder Wash theft led to a residential burglary in Sylvania. Deputies arrested Kaleb Austin Hamby. The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office said the burglary appears to be part of a larger case.

Hamby was charged with burglary, theft of property, criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Bond for Hamby is set at $48,000. Investigators said more arrests are expected.
