Huntsville Police investigate 10th homicide of 2014

Huntsville Police are investigating the city's 10th homicide of 2014. Officers are trying to determine what lead to the violence. Eighteen-year-old Shaquille Baker is behind bars, charged with the murder of 35-year-old Kelvin Howard. Tonight we'll talk to a man who said he saw it all go down.
