DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

A motions hearing for a man convicted for the Decatur Krystal murders has been delayed until the summer.

Jordaan Creque's attorney filed a motion for a new trial. The hearing was scheduled for Monday, but a judge set a new date for June 13.

A jury convicted Creque of capital murder for the shooting deaths of two Krystal employees, Jeffrey Graff and Jesse Aguilar, in 2011. The judge sentenced Creque to death.

Two other suspects are charged for the killings. Ezekiel Gholston's trial is scheduled to start in October. No trial date has been set for Cassandra Eldred yet.
