HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

The Huntsville city school board wants a federal judge to reconsider her ruling regarding whether people not involved in the debate over the system's re-zoning plan can chime in. The school system has submitted its plans to federal court for approval.

Madison County Commissioner Bob Harrison wrote a letter to the court criticizing the plan, and so have 18 other people who signed form letters against the plan.

Wednesday, the school board's lawyers asked that the judge reconsider whether Harrison's letter can become part of the evidence and whether the people behind the form letters can be kept anonymous.
