Traffic stop leads to drug arrest

JACKSON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Authorities arrested a man on drug charges following a traffic stop in Jackson County.

Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation Monday on Highway 35 in Section.

As a result of the stop, authorities arrested Jonathan Todd Oshields, 24, of Valley Head, and charged him with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Oshields was transported to the Jackson County Jail.
