11 indicted, 1 still at large after Stafford heroin bust

STAFFORD, VA (WWBT) -

A grand jury in Stafford County indicted 11 people in connection with heroin trafficking in the area.

Several of the people indicted were arrested on Thursday, and two were already in jail. JimmyMills turned himself into authorities late Thursday. James Cox was arrested late Friday afternoon.

Cory Waters is still at large.

The sheriff's office started the investigation in December of last year after seeing 12 deaths from heroin overdoses in the past 12 months.
