BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Two young siblings were surprised by Magic Moments Wednesday at the Birmingham Zoo.

Malachi and Gracie were adopted from Ukraine when they were 3-years-old. They were born with severe, potentially life-threatening blood disorders and receive 24/7 care from their parents, Michael and Brandy.

Malachi will get his wish to go to Disney World. Gracie on the other hand really wants to swim with dolphins so she'll get her wish when the family travels to the beach.

Magic Moments is a non-profit that makes non-medical wishes come true to critically ill Alabama children. They have provided more than 4,000 children with their wishes.
