Riddle's walk off wins series for 23rd ranked UAH

Justin Riddle's dramatic walk-off single in the ninth powered the 29th-ranked University of Alabama in Huntsville baseball team to a 4-3 win and series victory over 2nd-ranked West Florida on Saturday afternoon at Charger Park.

The Chargers (18-7, 9-3 GSC) allowed the game-tying run in the top of the ninth to the visiting Argonauts (17-4, 12-2 GSC), but showed resiliency as a team in the bottom half to come through with a very important win in terms of conference and regional placement.
Riddle did not start the game, and was actually brought on as a defensive substitution in the ninth inning, but it was the bat of Riddle that ended up sending UAH to a series victory over West Florida. The senior finished a perfect 1-for-1 at the plate with the game-winning RBI.
