HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

While doctors said flu season is just aboutover, another illness continues to pop up.

You can see a difference when you compare the"sick" waiting side to the "well" side at Huntsville Pediatric Associates, andthis week's results reflect that as well.

Doctors tested a total of 244 children, somefor RSV, influenza, walking pneumonia and strep throat. Of the 48 totalpositive results, 38 of those were for strep throat. Doctors report lots ofstrep throat cases around schools right now.

Although there is no test for it, the stomachbug continues to show up as well.

Flu season seems to be over, with numbersdwindling for the last few weeks. This week, only two children tested positivefor influenza.

In less than a month, doctors said they willbegin ordering flu vaccines for the next season.
