DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

An ALDOT worker charged with enticing a childto enter a vehicle for immoral purposes has been ordered to surrender hispassport.

A judge ordered Daniel Edmond Nixon tosurrender the document as a condition of his bond.

Investigators believe the 31-year-old used afake Facebook profile to pose as a high school teenager to dupe a DeKalb Countyteen into meeting him.

DeKalb County investigatorsbusted Nixon outside a county school this week. Authorities said they foundsex toys inside his ALDOT truck.
