Investigators: Missing teen hasn't been seen in three months

CABARRUS COUNTY, NC (WBTV) -

Investigators in Cabarrus County are searching for a teenager who has been missing for more than three months.

According to the Cabarrus Area Crime Stoppers, 15-year-old Arissa Burris has been missing since early December.

Investigators say she was last seen at the Department of Social Services building along the 1300 block of South Cannon Boulevard on December 11.

The teen was in the care of DSS when she ran away.

Investigators say Burris has connections in the Concord and Charlotte-areas.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers. You can call 704-93CRIME (704-932-7463).

All information is kept anonymous and you can be rewarded with up to $1,000.
