DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

Police arrested a man on Friday in a burglary investigation in Decatur.

Authorities arrested James Antavious Stanback, 30, of Decatur, in connection with a burglary that happened Dec. 9 at a residence on Cedar Lake Road SW. The victim told police someone broke in through his window and stole firearms, cash and electronics.

A judge denied Stanback's bond due to a lengthy criminal history and because he was also wanted in Tennessee for aggravated robbery.
