I-85 near Mitylene reopens following vehicle fire

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Alabama State Troopers say both southbound lanes are now open after a car fire on I-85 near the Mitylene exit.

Officials say they received a call around 11:30 a.m. that a firetruck was needed to put out a vehicle fire.

They have since removed the vehicle.
