The trial for a man accused of destroying almost a hundred tombstones at a cemetery in Limestone County is set to start Monday.

This is a case that left many people wondering why someone would do this. It's also one that has taken a while to go to trial.

Robert Allen Muse is charged with three counts of criminal mischief. Investigators said he was caught on camera in Nov. 2012 vandalizing Hatchett Cemetery in Tanner multiple times.

Muse was scheduled to go to trial earlier last year, but a judge delayed it in order for him to have a mental evaluation. Muse is out of jail on bond.
