MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) – Police are looking for a suspect who is believed to be connected to two separate sexual assaults, both involving girls who were walking to school.

A stranger reportedly attacked a girl December 3 on the 600 block of Vance Avenue. More than a month later on February 5, another girl was attacked in the same area. 

The suspect is described as a man who is about 30 years old, between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet 2 inches tall with gold teeth. He was reportedly armed with a knife.

Memphis police have already made one rape arrest in the Vance area.

Kotay Floyd was charged with raping a teen on Valentine's Day. Police have not connected the three crimes, but say they may be related.
