HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A big economic celebration is on tap for Huntsville on Tuesday.

State leaders will meet at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing plant to celebrate two big achievements. One involves the production of the 3 millionth engine made at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing plant. The second celebration will be for the plant's fourth expansion since the first V8 engine came off the production line in 2003. Governor Bentley, Senators Richard Shelby and Jeff Sessions, Mayor Tommy Battle and Toyota Alabama President Jim Bolte will speak at the event.

The Madison County Commission will meet Tuesday morning to continue work on the Remington plant announcement. Commissioners will hold a work session to discuss the county's contribution to bringing Remington to Huntsville. No votes will be taken.

A church children's pastor is scheduled to be in court in Colbert County.

Jeff Eddie is charged with more than 30 counts of sexual abuse of a child, sodomy and child pornography.

Eddie worked at Highland Park Baptist Church in Muscle Shoals at the time of his arrest.

Court Documents show Eddie is scheduled for a preliminary hearing and a bond hearing before Judge Chad Coker.
