ATHENS, AL (WAFF) -

Athens Police arrested a man accused ofstealing two four-wheelers from a business over the weekend.

Police responded to a burglary call atFrankie's Wrecker Service on Sanderfer Road on Saturday morning. The owner toldinvestigators he was missing two four-wheelers and a television. Investigatorsalso found blood at the scene.

The owner told officers about a person ofinterest, who had previously expressed interest in one of the four-wheelers.

Officers went to the apartment of KelvinHarris, where they found one of the missing four-wheelers. Harris' girlfriendlet them search the apartment. They found a pair of muddy shoes and driedblood. Investigators found Harris in a bathtub with the shower curtain pulledshut.

During the search, officers found the key tothe four-wheeler in the pocket of the shorts Harris was wearing. The televisionand the remaining four-wheeler were later recovered.

Harris was arrested and charged withthird-degree burglary. He was booked at the police department and transportedto the county jail.
