HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A man is in the hospital after being stabbed Sunday evening.

Huntsville police said another man attacked the victim around 8 p.m. in the 3400 block of Elizabeth Street.

The victim told police that Steven Moore, 40, began yelling at him and then stabbed him in the shoulder several times. Officers said they stopped a car leaving the location, identified Moore and arrested him.

Moore is charged with assault. The victim is in Huntsville Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
