Teen charged in connection with restaurant burglary

FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -

Florence police arrested a teen in connection with a burglary from November.

Officers said they arrested Taylor Michael Wilson, 19, of County Road 8 in Florence on Friday morning. He was charged with burglary and theft in connection with the Nov. 2013 burglary of Evergreen Restaurant on Florence Boulevard.

Wilson and Billy Harold Anderson, III, 24 of Florence were accused of forcing entry into the restaurant on Nov. 28. Police said video from the burglary was released shortly after and helped develop the suspects in the case.

Wilson was also charged with breaking and entering a car on Belview Road on Dec. 6. He is currently being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center.
